About Cabertel

Cabertel was founded by telecommunication veterans in the Seattle area who were frustrated by continually hearing a common theme from small businesses who used the larger VoIP providers for their phone service. Bad customer service experience was the common theme, including long waits on support lines, slow updates or fixes to their issues, and always talking to a different person when dealing with support.

Small businesses are the back bone of North America and deserve a reliable phone service with great customer service when it is needed. Small businesses need a phone service that just works so they can focus on their success. They don't need to be spending time troubleshooting or stressing about tweaking system features as their business phone needs change over time.

This is where Cabertel excels, by providing every customer an account manager. Each customer can contact their account manager directly for any questions, any changes to their call flows, for adding or removing extensions, or any support needs.

The Cabertel system was architected and implemented over a 18 month period with an emphasis on reliability, security, and integration testing with various IP phone manufacturers and models. Since then Cabertel has been growing from strength to strength, and in a controlled way so we can continue to provide white glove service to every customer.
